About Me
I am a single mother of 4, previously worked as a Medical Secretary for 10 years and a Customer Representative for a short time of almost 2 years in two BPO Companies, but before all that I also am a small business owner and a freelance graphic designer in our local community for a short while. Over the years that I worked in both a company and client based, I honed my professional experience as a result driven, customer-centric professional that focused on problem solving, detail oriented, and project management. People, process and tech-savvy secretary with an extensive record of proven results in project execution and strategic planning, I'm a hard worker, a team player and I'm excited to see what opportunities could benefit from my strong experience and eager-to-learn new skills energy driven.
